The morning was dedicated on dealing with Sustainable Energy and how companies can become more socially responsible. Abbey Morris gave an informative presentation regarding ISO50001 and the highs and lows of big businesses becoming compliant and certified.
Our own CEO Nathan Badger gave an eye-opening presentation into the effects that business decisions can have with regards to their energy and waste management, can have heavy impacts on the environment. With increased awareness today of the ever changing state of the planet there is more that responsible businesses can do, which Nathan expanded on. Renewable Hub also highlighted how potentially easy it could be to implement Grants that maybe available to help with the costs of converting.
